We ship to the United States, Puerto Rico and U.S. PO Boxes (standard shipping only). Please contact us if you live in a location that we do not currently ship to. In certain situations, we may be able to accommodate your request.
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW CAN I TRACK IT?
Packages are sent via USPS or UPS. You will always receive a tracking number via email once your order leaves our facility.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
We do! Expedited rates will be shown upon checkout.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
One Mela accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.
HOW ARE TAXES CALCULATED?
Taxes are calculated at checkout. Sales tax is currently only charged to orders placed in and shipped to the great State of New York.
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Our jewelry is of a very high quality, but to make sure it lasts even longer, keep your jewelry dry and away from harsh chemicals, water, and perfumes. It is also very important to store your jewelry carefully in order to minimize damage to the polish and handwork that many of our pieces contain.
